铜陵三佳山田科技股份有限公司是由文一三佳科技股份有限公司（文一科技，股票代码：SH600520)与世界优秀的半导体设备制造商——日本山田尖端科技株式会社（APICYAMADA)合资兴建。公司是半导体封装模具及设备的专业制造商，主要产品有：半导体塑封模具及配套辅助设备、自动冲切成型系统、LED支架模具及设备等。

公司采用日本APICYAMADA尖端技术，整合铜陵三佳科技丰富的模具研制经验，运用先进的MRPII生产管理体系，系统地为客户提供各类半导体专用设备。公司配备世界先进的精密加工检测设备，目前已形成年产100台自动冲切成型系统、200套各类电子塑封模具及配套辅助设备的生产能力。

 Tongling Sanjia Yamada Tech. Co., Ltd (TSY) is a joint-Venture company, established by Tongling Trinity Technology Co., Ltd (the first Chinese mould stock in Shanghai Security Market and the code is 600520) and world excellent semiconductor equipment manufacture - APIC Yamada Corp., which is a professional manufacturer of semiconductor packaging mould, auto Trim/Form system, LED leadframe mold and other equipments.

 Consolidating APIC Yamada’s advanced technology with Tongling Trinity Technology’s rich research and manufacture experience, TSY provide clients various professional semiconductor equipment under the MRPII production management system.
